	Between November 5, 2007 and February 29, 2008 at 5 pm submit the 2008-2009 On-Campus Living Application available online. Submit payment and coupon (provided in your mailbox) at Atrium Desk to complete your application.

	What if I wait?
	Between February 29, 5 pm and March 26, 5 pm submit the 2008-2009 On-Campus Living Application and $50 non-refundable application fee. You will still be guaranteed a bed space and be able to select your room for 2008-2009.

What else do Returning Residents Receive? Choose Your Room: Choose your room beginning on Resident Appreciation Day, April 16, 2008. Room Selection times based on resident's first year on campus and then date and time application submitted. Choose Your Roommate: Follow the instructions provided with your application coupon and you and your selected roommate can choose a room together. 7 Meal Plan: All current residents with complete applications also get the opportunity to choose the 7 meal plan available only to Returning Residents. Amenities: Don't forget free internet and email service in the 24 hour computer lab and basic cable hook up and service in your room, as well as wireless internet in all lobbies and junctions.

Note: Yellow highlighted rooms are reserved for Residence Life Staff, incoming Freshmen, and/or residents requiring rooms equipped for persons with disabilities. Blue rooms are offline for maintenance purposes.

Returning residents who submit their application AFTER March 26, 2008, 5 pm will be integrated with new resident applications based on the date and time order received.

Offer available only to current Spring 2008 University Courtyard residents with application, non-refundable application fee, and security deposit submitted within the deadlines. Offer NOT available to new 2008-2009 residents.

All offers require the submission of a complete University Courtyard On-Campus Living Application packet.

For paper application this includes: Application Personal Profile, Student Housing and Meal Plan License Agreement, Meningococcal Disease and Immunization form, Emergency and Health Insurance Card and $50 non-refundable application fee. Security deposit rolls over; however, full $150 security deposit must be on account by March 30, 2008.

For online applicants, a complete University Courtyard On-Campus Living Application includes: Application, My Emergency Contacts, My Contact Information, and $25 application fee (submitted at Atrium Desk by February 29, 5 pm or $50 application fee if submitted after February 29, 5 pm).

Any incomplete application must be completed by March 30, 2008, 5 pm to be included in the Room Selection Process.

Room Selection Times are based on the resident's first license agreement year and date/time application submitted.

Between April 1-11, 2008 complete the Roommate Request Form and submit at the Atrium Desk if you want to select the same room as someone else. Be sure to follow all applicable procedures or you may lose your room selection time.

Returning residents who submit their completed application by March 26, 2008, 5 pm will receive their assigned room selection time in their mailbox by April 14, 2008.

Room Selection limited to available beds in Aspen, Birch, Ponderosa, Sycamore, Baker, Graves and Homan. Room selection in Sequoia is limited to one-bedroom single occupancy Rooms (Sequoia and Cedar designated freshmen-only). Floor plans will be available for review in Atrium Lobby beginning on April 11, 2008.
