Apply Now for 2007-2008 On-Campus Living!

Follow the process below and Save $25 on your application fee AND Save $100 on your last 2007-2008 housing payment!

  • Between February 12 and February 28, 9 am-4 pm submit the 2007-2008 On-Campus Living Application online in the University Courtyard computer lab. After submitting the application online, you will receive a $25 off coupon from the computer lab assistant. Immediately submit the coupon and $25 non-refundable application fee to the Accounting Desk. (If not submitted by February 28, 4 pm the coupon is null and void.)

  • Submit a paper application (available for download or at the Atrium Customer Servcie Desk on February 12) and $50 non-refundable application fee between February 12 and February 28, 4 pm.

If you miss the deadlines above, you can still apply by March 26, 2007, 5 pm and receive the benefits listed below!


  • Choose Your Room: Choose your room at Resident Appreciation Day, April 18 between 2-5 pm.
  • Lottery: included in the Room Selection Lottery number drawing, April 10, noon in the UCD (attendance optional) to determine what time you will be able to select your room.
  • 7 Meal Plan: All current residents with completed applications also get the opportunity to choose the 7 meal plan available only to Returning Residents.
  • Coed Suite: Choose to live in a coed two or three bedroom suite where bedrooms are gender designated but men and women share the suite, bathroom and living room.
  • Rate Guarantee: 2000-2001 and 2001-2002 residents keep the rate schedule for the first year they moved on campus.
  • Choose Roommate: Roommates and two bedroom double suitemates will be allowed to select a room together at the earliest lottery time if all are returning residents. However, if either roommate chooses to select a different room, they will revert back to their lottery number and the selection time provided on the Room Selection Invitation card.
  • Amenities: And don't forget: Free internet and email service in the 24 hour computer lab and basic cable hook up and service in your room.

Returning residents who submit their application AFTER March 26, 2007, 5 pm will be integrated with new resident applications based on the date and time order received.

Offer available only to current Spring 2007 University Courtyard residents with application, non-refundable application fee, and security deposit submitted within the deadlines. Offer NOT available to new 2007-2008 residents

All offers require the submission of a complete University Courtyard On-Campus Living Application packet. This includes: Application Personal Profile, Student Housing and Meal Plan License Agreement, Meningococcal Disease and Immunization form, Emergency and Health Insurance Card and $50 non-refundable application fee (or $25 non-refundable fee if applying between February 12 and February 21, 4 pm in the University Courtyard Computer Lab). Security deposit rolls over; however, full $150 security deposit must be on account by March 30, 2007.

An incomplete submitted application must be completed by March 30, 2007, 5 pm to be included in the Room Selection Lottery number Drawing.

Room Selection Times are based on the Room Selection Lottery Number Drawing (based on resident's first license agreement year); held on April 10, at noon in the University Courtyard Dining Hall.

Returning residents who submit their completed application by March 26, 2007, 5 pm will receive their assigned room at selection time (based on the lottery drawing), in their mailbox by April 14, 2007.

Room Selection limited to available beds in Aspen, Birch, Ponderosa, Sycamore, Baker, Graves and Homan. Room selection in Sequoia is limited to one-bedroom single occupancy. Floor plans will be available for review in Atrium Lobby beginning on April 14, 2007.
