Rates and Options

Upon submission of an on-campus living application and if you are assigned a bed, you are making a financial commitment to pay the assessed fees for the room type assigned and meal plan selected. University Courtyard’s Financial Aid Special Payment plan is restricted to housing applicants who meet the deadlines outlined in the application packet and have applied for financial aid and been awarded monies through the Fresno State Financial Aid Office.

The rates listed are for the time period indicated in the rate schedule. For planning purposes, rates typically increase 2-5% per year. See Glossary of Terms.

Rates: All students, who apply for and are assigned a bed, pay a fee to live on-campus. The rate is determined by the assigned bed and the selected meal plan. Three payment plans are available: one, two or monthly payment plans – and we accept cash, check, Visa or MasterCard. There is also a Financial Aid Special Payment plan that is restricted to housing applicants who meet the deadlines outlined in the application packet and have applied for financial aid and been awarded monies through the Fresno State Financial Aid Office. The room and board rates typically increase 2 to 5% per year.

Living Options: All of our services are included in one affordable price. See Glossary of Terms or click on the items below to view detailed description of the amenities listed.
