If you choose to submit a completed on-campus living application packet, you will be placed on the University Courtyard waiting list if, based on the date and time your completed application is received, we are full. University Courtyard establishes a waiting list as historically some applicants cancel their license agreement.

While you cannot apply online for on-campus housing, you can download and print the materials. It is recommended that you have a high speed internet connection to download and print the packet.

Note: The University communicates primarily with applicants and students at my.csufresno.edu and their Fresno State e-mail account. University Courtyard communicates primarily with applicants by mail and with current residents via their campus mailbox. In specific instances, you may be contacted by phone or by the e-mail address provided on the Housing Application.
