1. Click on the Handbook Topic Alpha List (Top Left Panel) to jump to a particular section of the Index (Left Panel).

2. Choose Topic (Left Panel) from the Index and click on the page number to view policies, procedure or information (Right Panel).

3. Type a keyword or phrase and click Search Handbook Button. Press Search Button to repeatedly more of the same work/phrase in the Handbook.
