All payments to University Courtyard may be made in person, by mail or credit card authorization. The University Courtyard accounting office is open Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm. Payments can be made after hours and on weekends through the accounting drop box located in the Atrium. Mail or make payment in person at:

University Courtyard accepts Visa and Master Card, cash, cashiers check, money order, debit card or check:
Visa/Mastercard:
You can complete our Credit Card Authorization form and fax to University Courtyard at 559.408.5530 or scan and email to kgartner@csufresno.edu. Payments may also be made by presenting your credit card with the appropriate identification at the University Courtyard Accounting office. There is no fee for paying by credit card.
Checks:
Make checks payable to University Courtyard and include resident’s name/Fresno State ID number and/or housing account number on check. Do not mail cash.
Checks must be:
1) drawn in U.S. funds,
2) drawn on U.S. bank and
3) encoded with the account number on lower edge of check.
