Cancellation Policy

Phone cancellations are not accepted.  University Courtyard housing applications and California State University, Fresno admission are separate processes. It is your responsibility to notify each office separately if you do not plan to attend. We recommend submitting the Cancellation Form via certified mail to ensure proper delivery.

2014-2015 Academic Year Cancellation Policy

Must submit cancellation form via certified mail, email, or in person to University Courtyard to
indicate they will not be living on campus.

May 31 - $50 cancellation fee assessed
June 1 – July 16 - $150 assessed (Last day to cancel w/o additional assessments)
July 17 – August 15 - $150 assessed along with $25 per day fee
August 16 - Petition for Cancellation Form available

New Spring 2015 Cancellation Policy

Must submit cancellation form via certified mail, email, or in person to University Courtyard to
indicate they will not be living on campus.

October 31 - $50 cancellation fee assessed
Nov 1 - Dec 13 - $150 assessed (Last day to cancel without additional assessments)
Dec 14 – Jan 12 - $150 assessed along with $25 per day fee
January 13 - Petition for Cancellation Form available
