UNIVERSITY COURTYARD AND THE SMITTCAMP
HONORS SCHOLARS PROGRAM
Students who are offered a Smittcamp Scholarship and submit a completed
housing application for the 11/12 academic year must schedule a mandatory meeting with a University Courtyard Accounting Representative to discuss payment arrangements
for the meal and any upgraded room costs. Appointments can be scheduled
from July 1st thru September 2, 2011.
Please Note:
- Your Smittcamp Scholarship covers the cost of a Community Double style room only. *$4396.00 for the 2011/2012 academic year*
- Residents opting for an upgraded room are financially responsible for the difference in cost.
- Your Smittcamp Scholarship does not cover the cost of your meal plan or payment plan service fee charges.
- You must provide University Courtyard with a written letter of cancellation prior to the deadline(s) to avoid a charge assessment to your account.
