One Payment Plan -                 Your total academic year Housing & Meal expenses are                                                  due July 5th.

                                                This payment plan does not have a service fee charge.

Two Payment Plan -                 Your total academic year Housing & Meal expenses are                                                 due twice within the academic year with the first payment
                                                due July 5th & the second payment due Feb. 5th.

                                                This payment plan has a $10 service fee charge.

Monthly Payment Plan -           Your total academic year Housing & Meal expenses are
                                                due monthly with the first payment due July 5th  and the                                                 final payment due April 5th. There are a total of 10 monthly                                                 payments.

                                                This payment plan has a $90 service fee charge.

Financial Aid Automatic
Deduction Payment Plan -        Your total academic year Housing & Meal expenses are                                                  due monthly with the first payment due Sept 5th and the                                                  final payment due April 5th. There are a total of 8 monthly                                                  payments.

                                                This payment plan has a $70 service fee charge.

                                                By choosing this plan you authorize University Courtyard                                                 to review and automatically transfer your available                                                 financial aid to housing and apply those funds to your                                                 housing and meal expenses.

Financial Aid Without
Automatic Deduction
Payment Plan -                        Your total academic year Housing & Meal expenses are                                                 due monthly with the first payment due Sept 5th and the                                                 final payment due April 5th. There are a total of 8 monthly                                                 payments.

                                                This payment plan has a $70 service fee charge.

                                                By choosing this plan your financial aid will be sent                                                 directly to you and you are responsible to make your                                                 payments based on your payment schedule to avoid an                                                 assessment of late fees to your account.

Payment Plan Changes:
$50 processing fee assessed for payment plan changes after May 31.
