Late Fee:
$25 late fee assessed for payments not received within 5 calendar days of due date.
Payment Plan Changes:
$50 processing fee assessed for payment plan changes after May 31st.
Other Fees:
$75.00 Improper checkout fee assessed to residents who fail to follow the “check out” process listed in the Student Handbook.
Lost Key Fee:
$15.00 fee assessed on all lost or stolen keys.
Lock Out Fee:
$25.00 Fee assessed on the third lock out
Timed Out Fee:
$25.00 fee assessed on all temporary keys which are not returned within a 30 minute period.
