If you've been assigned to a temporary bed or are on University Courtyard's waiting list, you may not check in early. You must have a permanent room assignment.

August 13th is the earliest day you may check-in. You will be charged the daily room rate for your assigned room. You should bring money to purchase meals until August 19 dinner (BBQ). Your meal plan begins with breakfast on August 20. University Courtyard Staff will do their best to place you in your 2010-2011 permanent room assignment when you check-in. If this is not possible, you will be placed in a temporary room until opening on August 19. If you arrive before August 19, 9:00 a.m., come to the Atrium Customer Service Desk when you arrive.
